How do I order a personalised garter?

You need to add your garter and the garter embroidery to the shopping basket as two separate items. First choose your garter from the selection on the main garters page and add that to the basket. Then click on the 'Continue shopping' button in the basket and use the link on the garter page to go to garter embroidery. Choose your options and type in the words to be embroidered, then add this to the shopping basket too.

I'm not sure if the colour will suit my dress. Do you send samples?

Yes, first sample is free. Just let me have your name and address and details of what item and colour you're interested in and I'll post a sample to you.

Can I have my wedding bag made in a colour other than ivory or white?

Yes, I can make wedding accessories in any colour to suit. Just contact me to discuss the colour you want.

Can you make bridal garters in bigger sizes?

Yes, no problem. Measure around your leg where you would like to wear the garter (traditionally about 10cm above your knee) and add a note of this measurment with your order (there is an optional note box during the online ordering process). And no, it won't cost any more!

Can you make wedding accessories from my own fabric to match my gown?

Yes. Please contact me with details of what you want made up and I will tell you how much fabric I need and what it will cost to make your item.

I have an idea for a wedding ring cushion. Can you make it for me?

I will if I can! Tell me your ideas for your cushion and I will let you know if it is possible and what it will cost. The same goes for other wedding accessories.

I would like a garter in a tartan that isn't listed as an option on your order page. Can you make it for me?

Tartan ribbon is best for making garters but unfortunately there are only a limited number of authentic tartans that are made into ribbon. I can sometimes source silk or wool tartan fabric in other tartans so please contact me to ask. Or you can supply your own tartan fabric.

I don't want to pay online. Can I send you a cheque?

Yes. My online shop has 100% secure ordering through the well-respected Sage Pay system (I don't see your card details), but if you don't want to pay online then you can send me a cheque, pay by bank transfer, use your PayPal account if you have one or phone me with your order. Your order will be sent once your payment has cleared.

My wedding is in 10 days' time. Can you send my order before then?

If your order is urgent I will prioritise it if I can. Please add a note to your online order, email me separately or call me on 01624 877919 to say that you need your order quickly.
