Victorian bobbin lace garter

This pretty garter is made from exquisite finely worked cotton bobbin lace, believed to be Victorian Indian mission lace. It has a pale ivory soft silk band and is simply decorated with an ivory satin bow and an aquamarine blue Swarovski crystal heart.

Size: 4cm deep x standard width (fits 45cm to 60cm around leg).
