Made by Lawrie is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should I ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

What information I collect

I may collect the following information:

Your name.
Your contact information, including postal and email addresses.
Other information relevant to your order (e.g. size, wedding date, partner’s name).

Financial information

I do not collect your credit/debit card details if you pay with your card via the online shop. These are collected on my behalf by Romancart and processed via PayPal’s secure server. If you phone with your order I will collect your card details in order to process your transaction but these details will not be stored by me once your payment has been processed.

What I do with the information

I require this information to process your order and provide you with a better service. I may also use this information for the following reasons:

Internal record keeping.
To improve my products and services.
I may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which I think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. You will always be given the opportunity to opt out of such mailings.
From time to time, I may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes.
